We help clients around the world to design, develop and maintain scalable and innovative software. Our team has more than 35 high-skilled specialists - designers, frontend & backend developers, sysadmins and project managers working from our R&D office in Eastern India in Bhubaneswar,Odisha.

Job Description:
1. Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.

2. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, resignations, leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.

3. Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.

4. Handles compliance & payroll management, preparation and payments.

5. Prepare, manage and amend necessary HR policies, procedures and documents.

6. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.

7. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, banks etc. and ensure legal compliance.

8. Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.

9. Handling various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.

Candidate Profile:
Previous working experience as an HR administrative or relevant profile for at least 2 years

Required Skills:
1. Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)

2. Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

3. Familiarity with labour laws.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5. Act as a reliable and supportive team member.

6. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

7. Data-driven mindset.

8. Experience with recruitment marketing.
