Job description
Hiring for :
1. CNC/CAM Programmer:
Knowledge on CAM Programming (like Solid CAM, Unigraphics, Delcam, Etc.,) is a must
Experience in production & Troubleshooting of Production issues
Should have good knowledge on GD&T, Drawing reading and Process identification
Qualification:- Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Tool and Die Making (DTDM), BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
2. Electrical Design Engineer:
Proficiency in using CAD software for electrical drafting - AutoCAD, & Eplan - Must
Strong understanding in electrical symbols, Component selections, codes, and standards with electrical design principles and systems.
Experience in drafting for power distribution, control panels, and wiring diagrams
3. SPM Design Engineer:
Experience in designing Special Purpose Machinery and robotics
Strong Knowledge in 3D modeling, Drafting with Autodesk Inventor, Solid works & Solid edge
Knowledge in GD & T and FMEA
4. VMC Setter / Supervisor:
Experience in production & Troubleshooting of Production issues
Setting and programming knowledge of CNC Milling (Must)
Should have good knowledge on GD&T
Should be able to work in rotational Shifts
5. Vendor development:
Negotiation skills
Knowledge on the machining process & Problem-solving skills
Knowledge in procurement and supply chain management
MS Excel & presentation skills are necessary
6. Mechanical / Automation Assembly Supervisor:
Knowledge on manufacturing and assembly of gauge & fixtures, ability to handle manpower & production activities.
Conducting quality checks on the functionality of the parts and components & Knowledge on GD&T, measuring instruments.
Qualification is BE/B. Tech/Diploma - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics and Communication
