Job Description:
1. Participate in the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
2. Develop in, Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and meet project objectives.
3. Communicate with project managers, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
4. Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) and system architecture documentation.
5. Seek out ways to utilize the Salesforce platform to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
6. Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving project requirements.
7. Solid understanding and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture.
8. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex REST API, SOQL.
9. Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer
Required Skills:
1. Scripting language experience e.g. Python
2. Salesforce.com certifications (App Builder, Developer I, Developer II...)
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
4. Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, Visual Studio Code, Workbench )
5. Strong data management abilities
6. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
7. Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
