Job Summary:
We are seeking a Curriculum Developer to design engaging, evidence-based digital curriculum content for primary school children. This role involves creating innovative, interactive learning experiences in literacy and numeracy that align with educational standards and meet the diverse needs of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design: Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with education standards.
Digital Content Creation: Transform curriculum into interactive formats like games, videos, and quizzes.
Research & Alignment: Incorporate best practices and align content with local educational requirements.
Quality Assurance: Pilot-test content, gather feedback, and refine learning materials.
Training & Support: Provide resources and workshops for educators integrating the app into teaching.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with educators, developers, and administrators for effective implementation.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Analyze learning data to improve curriculum effectiveness continuously.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Curriculum Development, or related fields.
Experience: Proven experience in curriculum design, particularly in literacy and numeracy; EdTech experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong pedagogy knowledge and instructional design expertise.
Proficiency in creating digital educational content.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with local curricula and languages is a plus.
