Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, and coordinating and scheduling interviews
Source top-quality candidates from various job portals
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues
Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methodologies
Assist in HR data analytics and report generation
