Scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings
Sourcing candidates through telephonic and direct interviews
Following up with the selected candidates for further procedures.
Working on joining and exit formalities
Working on employee engagement
Coordination with the marketing team
Working on coordination with the business development team
Working on coordination with the management team
Must be good in Written & Verbal English
Can give internal trainings to employees
Has a good grip over making slides for training
Should be able to collect information on varied topics from different sources
Fluent in English language
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to do public speaking
Can manage queries and solve them.
