Job description
Position Overview


The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying and attracting talent to facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates. This position plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong workforce while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across all organizational levels and departments.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.

Source potential candidates through multiple channels including professional job boards, naukri, LinkedIn, industry networks, employee referrals, and targeted social media campaigns.

Conduct thorough resume screenings and initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate in-person interviews, working closely with hiring teams to assess candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process, including benefits explanations and closing conversations with successful candidates.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified candidates across various roles and levels.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated success in implementing diversity recruitment initiatives and building inclusive talent pipelines.
