Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Intern:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Learn and support HR administrative tasks.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Recruiter:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Non-IT BPO roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Team Lead Recruiter:
Manage a team of recruiters and ensure hiring targets are met.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Non-IT BPO roles.
Mentor and guide the recruitment team to improve efficiency.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
For Freshers: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) are a must.
For Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in hiring for Non-IT BPO roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools is an advantage.
