Available Positions:
Order Processing Executive (E-commerce)
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, and other platforms using OMS (Order Management Systems)
Validate orders, coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle order exceptions (returns, cancellations, replacements, claims)
Maintain MIS reports and ensure platform-specific SLAs are met
Collaborate with customer service and account managers for order-related queries and escalations
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply!
1 year of hands-on experience in order processing or e-commerce operations preferred
Familiarity with OMS platforms, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Moglix Partner Portal
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch SLAs
