Source candidates from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen candidate resumes and reach out to relevant candidates.
Evaluate applicants' knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience.
Coordinate interviews for selected candidates with the respective company.
Demonstrate excellent learning abilities and maintain strong candidate relationships.
