Number of positions: 3-5
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Troubleshoot software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage service requests from submission to resolution using ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar platforms.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require remote support or escalation.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within SLA guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in a similar role (Service Desk/System admin/IT Troubleshooting) or fresher with a technical bend of mind.
Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Enthusiasm for technology and a knack for problem-solving.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/in-person.
