Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in procurement processes and supply chain management. This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with 0-3 years of experience in purchasing or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
First preference to Female Candidates
0-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
