Job description
Role & responsibilities :-
Validate documents submitted online by DEs and Vendors.
Ensure mandatory details are updated on the UI as per the Documents submitted.
Vendor Management.
Report lead data and Ops data daily.
Educate leads about the business process.
Collect mandatory documents from the leads.
Responsible for onboarding new FEs based on expansion.
Schedule training for new FEs.
Manage FE attrition in the assigned city.
Preferred candidate profile :-
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Shift timings - 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, 6 Days a week.
