Roles and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Work on non-voice processes including semi-voice processes like Decto5Dec24.
Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
