Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Coordination & operations HR activities
Coordination for 100% completion on training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
