Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in organic synthesis reactions, including reaction monitoring and optimization.
Conduct research on new chemical compounds and their properties.
Collaborate with senior chemists to develop innovative solutions for pharmaceutical applications.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.
Participate in laboratory safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
