Role: HR Trainee / Executive Experience :(0-2) Years
Shift: Day shift Domain: Recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, and source candidates through multiple platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers. Ensure recruitment SLAs (TAT) are met and updated in a timely manner.
Skills Required:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR processes.
Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR tools, HR policies, and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Any Engineering Domain & MBA/PGDM
