Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and X-Ray Search.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
Conduct initial screenings & coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases & recruitment reports.
Stay updated with IT hiring trends.
Required Skills
Education: (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience: 0 to 1+ years in domestic IT hiring.
Sourcing: Hands-on with job portals & Boolean search.
Soft Skills: Strong communication & coordination.
