Job description
Role- Trainee Recruiter (US Shift)
Role & responsibilities
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Assist with job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
Learn and implement best recruitment practices and industry trends.
Support the team in administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Experience with International BPO would be preferred.
Location : Hyderabad(Begumpet)
Qualification : Any Graduate(No Backlogs)
Work Timings : 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (US Shift)
Mode of Work : work from office
Requirements :
Any Graduates can apply(2023,2024 pass outs only)
Excellent Communication Skills with 0.6 months - 2 year of experience in BPO can also apply Comfortable attending a Face to Face Interview
