Salary Range: 15,000 - 30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus (Freshers can apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Patience and active listening
Time management

Working Conditions:

Full-time role
Rotational shifts (if applicable)
6-day working week (as per company policy)
