We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Projects Commissioning professional in the Automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for project execution.
Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, developing contingency plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phases.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools is an asset.
