Responsibilities:
Interact with the US health insurance companies (Insurance Customer Care/Nurses).
Quality of Notation, Ability to read clinical documentation and data enter for payer requirements.
Candidate must be comfortable working for voice Process.
Should be flexible to be moved across the processes assigned by the Manager (Cater to ongoing process requirements).
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Candidate Profile:
You must possess good communication skills.
Graduate/Post Graduate Freshers in Pharmacy only are eligible for the interview.
Associates pursuing Regular Graduation/Post Graduation, Result awaited candidates are also not eligible.
Must be comfortable working for Gurgaon work location.
Graduates before 2024 passouts aren't eligible for the interview.
