We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for the role of Associate Executive IT Support Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle employee queries and technical concerns through calls and coordination.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for system/application-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
Maintain records of issues, escalations, and resolutions.
Ensure timely support and professional communication with employees.
This role requires extensive calling and regular follow-up with employees; therefore, candidates should be comfortable and confident in handling calls on a daily basis.

Freshers can apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates should not hesitate while making or attending calls.
Ability to handle calls professionally and patiently.
