Job Title: HR Sourcing Intern
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Location: Sector 44, Gurugram.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and supporting the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and calls to 100-120 candidate profiles daily from job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, and Apna.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
Connect with candidates to assess their interest and basic qualifications.
Maintain and update candidate data in internal trackers.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing (preferred).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months
Candidates will be evaluated based on performance during the internship.
High-performing candidates will be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
