At present, our immediate requirement is Mechanical Engineers. Positions are open for experienced candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
The starting gross salary for freshers is 24,000 per month with an annual package of approx. 3.5 LPA, whereas for experienced candidates, the salary will be at par with industry standards depending on their interview performance and relevant experience.

About UsWe are a growing Turnkey Contracting company working on diverse MEP and HVAC projects across India. We are looking for passionate and driven Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact infrastructure and services projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Plan and manage day-to-day site activities including installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
Prepare detailed material take-offs and coordinate with procurement for timely availability of materials
Supervise installation of HVAC systems such as chillers, ducting, piping, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, etc.
Coordinate with consultants, clients and other services (Electrical/Civil) for smooth project execution
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards
Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation, safety compliance and quality control
Handle testing, balancing and commissioning (T&C) of HVAC systems
Maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, work schedules, and site records
Ensure site readiness with required manpower, tools and materials for uninterrupted execution
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
05 years of experience in HVAC project execution or MEP projects.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and interest in project/site work are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Understanding of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, Ducting, Heat Load Calculations, Ventilation systems)
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and BOQs
Basic knowledge of HVAC design principles and standards
Project planning and site execution understanding
Material estimation and vendor coordination
Ability to handle site challenges and provide practical solutions
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Team player with problem-solving mindset
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel and work on-site across locations
