Job Description: International Voice Process (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Process role. The position involves handling outbound/inbound calls with international clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction. Walk-in interviews are welcome for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international voice calls professionally and confidently
Communicate clearly with overseas clients/customers
Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
Document call details accurately in the system
Meet daily productivity and performance targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in night shift only
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work from office
Eligibility Criteria
UG Graduates (any discipline) OR
3-year Diploma candidates
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
