Job description:
We are hiring for technical role into Service Desk- International Service Desk -L1 support- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool.
Roles and Responsibility:
Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Voice process.
Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Eligibility criteria:
Freshers with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply.
Candidate should be graduates in BE/ Btech only.
Excellent communication in English is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: 2.6LPA
