Job Overview
This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of hyper-casual game development. It starts with a 3-month apprenticeship (unpaid), where youll receive training and work directly on live projects. Top performers will transition to a paid internship, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Learn and develop hyper-casual mobile games using Unity
Collaborate with designers and developers to build quick prototypes and features
Test, debug, and optimize games for smooth, lag-free performance
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new game concepts
Write clean, modular code thats easy to maintain and scale
What Weâ??re Looking For:
Basic understanding of Unity and C#
Interest in hyper-casual games and mobile platforms
Quick learner with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt
Our Training & Progression Path:
1. Apprenticeship (First 3 Months):
Hands-on training with real project involvement
No stipend during this period
2. Internship (After Successful Apprenticeship):
Paid internship with deeper project involvement
Exposure to the full game development cycle
3. Full-Time Employment:
Outstanding interns will receive a full-time job offer
