Description
Job Description: BE Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil - Interns
1. Chemical & Mechanical Interns
P&ID Software Skills: Familiarity with P&ID software tools (e.g., AutoCAD P&ID etc.) or willingness to quickly learn and adapt to such software.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and propose practical solutions within P&ID development.
Time Management: Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
P&ID Development: Work closely with the engineering team to create and modify Piping and
Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using specialized software, ensuring accurate
representation of all components and systems.
P&ID Symbols and Legends: Assist in maintaining a comprehensive library of P&ID symbols and legends, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
P&ID Reading: Learn to read and interpret P&IDs accurately, identifying various piping components, equipment, instrumentation, and their interconnections within the system.
Geotagging: Assist in geotagging and align reality capture information with P&IDs and accurately represent the physical locations of components and systems.
P&ID Revalidation: Collaborate with the team to review and validate existing P&IDs against actual installations, making necessary updates and improvements.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&ID documentation, including reports, technical data, and progress updates related to P&ID development.
2. Electrical & Electronics Intern:
The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, Educational, industrial and health care, residentials related projects - Manage and Coordinate project deliveries.
Understanding on Electrical Services (Electrical & ELV) from concept stage to detail design stage.
Estimation/Designing of drawings of Electrical Services (Conduits, Raceways, Cable tray, Lighting, Power Layout, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout plan and section, and its installation details) and ELV (Electrical Low voltage) CCTV, PA, Fire Alarm, Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System, Data & Telecommunication, Voice Communication, Digital Signage System.
Good Communication skills.
3. Civil / B.Arch Intern:
Working on Revit Architecture software using Pdf drawings or Point clouds & client instruction
written / verbal communication.
Understanding the standards, Collaborate with all given information and should be able to
identify if any missing info. Ability to try and solve queries at their own. Making sure of
Submission of drawings on time with accuracy. Maintaining the Quality.
Education: B.E / B.Tech
Benifit: Stipend amount ofRs. 7500/-will be given during the internship period every month for
3 months.
Internship period-1 to 3 months.
Note-Offer for a full-time employment or extension of internship will be based on the intern's performance, skills developed and learning capabilities during internship. Anytime during the internship candidates would beevaluated & offered full time job with Chemionix depending on the analysis of their skills & learning capabilities.If the candidates are experienced, then we would hire directly. We are looking for candidates in0-2 years of experience rangeOnly. Mumbai Western line candidateswould be preferred.
