Roles and Responsibilities:

Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.
Willingness to travel as per the business requirements.
Ability to work in various shifts to meet project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Has basic knowledge of Documentation involved in projects like BBP and Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
Able to build into required project documentation.
Basic knowledge of management processes and tools requirement analysis process, tools, and methodologies.
Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements and document a system/ software specification for low to medium-complexity scenarios.
Has basic knowledge of customersâ?? business domain and technology suite.
Can use the latest technology and handle customer escalations.
