Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform research in propriety EY databases & some external databases (Factiva, Cap IQ, D&B Hoovers etc.) to identify the current & historical relationships of EY with the various parties involved in an engagement.
Upload the research output in the prescribed format.
Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues.
Should be able to analyze SEC filings, annual reports, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities.
Expertise in MS Office tools â?? Excel and Word.
MBA (Finance/Marketing).
