Location: Malad Aspee, Mumbai
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the SBI Inbound Customer Service Process.
Eligibility:
HSC/Graduates can apply
Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred (Urgent requirement)
Job Role:
Handle customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat.
Provide prompt and accurate customer support.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Salary:
Graduates (Freshers): 22,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates: Up to 27,000 CTC
Shift Details:
Male: 247 Rotational Shifts
Female: Day Rotational Shifts (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
