Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory for POS machine deployment.
Drive field sales activities to onboard merchants for payment solutions.
Open Current Accounts for newly acquired merchants and deepen relationships.
Cross-sell asset products such as business loans, merchant loans, and other banking products.
Maintain regular interaction with merchants to ensure service quality and identify business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets for POS acquisition, Sound box.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.
