Job Description
Handle inbound calls for international healthcare clients.
Provide customer service and resolve queries accurately.
Work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
Eligibility
Graduates from 2024, 2025 & undergraduates - 2026 are only eligible.
Excellent English communication skills.
Typing speed: 25-30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Flexible for rotational shifts and offs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (takehome ~20k).
Relocation to Kolkata is mandatory.
Relocation Bonus: 25,000 (claw back till 12 months).
Shift allowance up to 3k.
Walkin Details
Jamshedpur: 3rd August 2026 onwards (3rd/4th/5th August).
Ranchi: 6th August 2026 onwards (6th /7th/8th August).
Time: 11 AM 3 PM.
