Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate/ attend workshops and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and recommend process improvements.
Evaluate potential solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful product development.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate that product requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify project risks in collaboration with the product team and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Track project progress in coordination with PMO Leads (TPMs) to ensure timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelorâ??s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Masterâ??s degree in finance, systems, or operations field.
Business Analysis.
Project Management (PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP).
Mobile Apps Domain.
App Types (PWA, Native, HTML5, Hybrid).
