Job Title: Trainee System Admin

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification such as CCNA, MCSE, Ethical hacking/Cyber security,
Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Knowledge of antivirus software and data backup solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
IT Infrastructure Management: Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems.
End-User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
Helpdesk Support: Respond to helpdesk tickets, resolve technical issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
Antivirus Management: Monitor and manage antivirus software, and ensure systems are protected against malware and other security threats.
Data Backup: Perform regular data backups, ensure data integrity, and assist in data recovery processes.
Biometric Access Management: Implement and manage biometric access control systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to facilities and IT resources.
IT Compliance: Conduct all the daily assigned activity as per the compliance requirement.
IT asset Management: Co-ordination with vendor for asset repairing, asset inventory management
Software inventory management: Tracking of software renewal, optimal use of software and tools
