Job description
JD& Typical duties, Responsibilities:
Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in Malayalam and English
Exceptional phone manner.
Log in hours (Total hours 10::00 hrs. & Production hours 9:00 hrs.) to be completed adhering to the break schedules & being punctual.
Shift Hours: 24/7 window for Male employees and a rotational day shift for Females
Always be updated with the Process knowledge & daily updates
Mode of work: Work from Office, Tech Mahindra LTD, Ohris Towers, Near Clock tower ,Beside Centenary Baptist church, Secunderabad
Employment Type: Permanent.
Educational mandate: Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
Working days after training: 5 with 2 days rotational weekly off.
