We are looking for confident and energetic candidates to join our team as Banking Process Associate. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the banking sector by gaining strong customer service and sales experience while working with a reputed private bank.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding customer banking queries, account status, and transaction histories.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI/digital payments, and loan inquiries.
Product Guidance: Educate customers on digital banking features, mobile apps, and financial products/services and achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives
Compliance & Data Security: Strictly follow banking compliance rules, privacy guidelines, and verification procedures to protect sensitive customer data.
Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, escalation tickets, and resolution details in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills Needed Required:
Education: Any 12th pass can apply except Tech. Graduates (B.Tech/B.E/BCA/Pharma).
Communication: Decent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Customer Orientation: Strong active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Salary:
Fresher - 17.5k to 19k CTC (Based on Interview Performance)
Experience - 18.5k to 21k CTC (Based on Interview Performance)
