Job description
Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during the assigned shift.
Lead, supervise, and motivate Sandwich Artists and other team members.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
Ensure food preparation, quality, portion control, and product availability as per SOP.
Monitor sales, transactions, wastage, and inventory during the shift.
Handle cash management, cash reconciliation, and POS transactions accurately.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation standards.
Manage opening and closing procedures as per company guidelines.
Allocate tasks and manpower according to business requirements.
Monitor team attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Identify and report operational issues, maintenance requirements, and integrity concerns.
Support training and development of new and existing team members.
Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements are followed.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, and people targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
13 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or FMCG operations preferred.
Experience in team handling will be an advantage.
