JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CHANNEL SALES MANAGER
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
â?¢ Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
â?¢ Team Management.
â?¢ Channel Relationship
Visit Branches
â?¢ Conduct Meetings
â?¢ Regular training of Bank employees regarding TAGIC Products.
â?¢ To maintain Renewal of Business
Timely follow up with the clients.
â?¢ Tracking religiously in first week of every month.
â?¢ Driving Bank for retention first
â?¢ To maintain the hygiene
â?¢ Proper QC and issuance of premium collected.
â?¢ Proactive in handling claims.
â?¢ Responsible for getting new Business.
â?¢ New LOBs, New product customized for Banking products.
Candidate Profile:
Graduation is compulsory. MBA freshers can also apply
Minimum 1 year of experience in selling general insurance products will be preferred
Candidate Must be comfortable with field sales
Perks and Benefits:
Up to 3.5 Lakhs (Fixed compensation) + Travel Allowance + Incentive (Up to 75k every quarter)
